Nondescript Productions is an Australian Film and Television Production company, founded by Celeste Barber, that seeks to shift the lens. 

Nondescript Productions’ first project, in association with Fremantle Media, Wellmania (Netflix), starring Celeste Barber, was an enormous international success reaching number 7 on Netflix in the USA and Number 1 in Australia. Nondescript Productions was also attached to Celeste Barber’s hit Netflix special Fine, Thanks. 

Nondescript Productions endeavours to create entertaining scripted content for the nondescript. Shifting the lens to highlight the women who have been forgotten, who feel invisible, who feel overlooked by the media.

Nondescript is focussed on supporting talent and creating safe and supportive environments for creatives. We love the outcomes, but we’re all about the process too.
